Job description

Responsibilities

• Support operation and Sales team to meet customer and market requirement.
• Product testing and development as initiated by supply chain, customers or market requirement.
• Provide product introduction/presentation/training to customers (APAC).
• Support onsite customer trial for new product or product/process improvement (APAC).
• Work closely with toll manufacturers for pilot trial and production quality issues.
• Evaluate new raw materials for replacement or new product blends.
• Maintain good housekeeping for the laboratories and the equipment.
• Assisting update and maintain technical documentation (TDS/COC/SDS).
• Assisting update and maintain regulatory compliances (ISO/GHS/Safety).
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.
