Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair customer electronic boards, including Burn-In Boards (BIB), DUT cards, load boards and other test hardware.

  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and assembly issues using schematics, PCB layouts, assembly drawings and test data.

  • Perform component replacement and rework (connectors, sockets, BGAs, QFNs, passives, power devices etc.) according to approved repair procedures.

  • Support failure analysis by collecting repair data, photos, and failure details for review.

  • Conduct post-repair electrical and functional verification using standard lab equipment to ensure boards meet release requirements.

  • Assist the Senior Engineer in debugging production, reliability, and test-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate repair records, documentation, and traceability for repaired boards.

  • Support production recovery by responding to urgent line and yield-impacting issues.

  • Follow manufacturing instructions, safety guidelines, company policies, and housekeeping practices.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements:
  • Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field of studies.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting or manufacturing support environment.
