Job description

• Responsible for providing international market with on-site technical support for overseas projects in lubricant or grease and technical support to solve technical problems.
• Recommend lubricant products by comparing competitive product information or customer lubricant requirements.
• Provide remote and on site customer service (especially technical services support) with HQ or clients.
• Compile or translate technical documents.
• Other works related to technical and customer service.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or above.
• Prefer to have minimum 3 years of related work experience in lubricant oil or grease.
• Prefer understand lubricant oil and grease product and applications.
• Experience with presentation to clients and technical support on site.
• Good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision; self-motivated, willing to handle work stress
• Willing to travel.
