RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the designs using in-house adsorption tools.
• Prepare the simulation files for SRU/TGU catalyst using Hysys.
• Prepare the simulation files for HPC using in-house tool.
• Prepare the technical proposal to meet the customers’ RFQ requirements.
• Provide on-site service for catalyst and adsorbent loading and start-up
• Support business manager on technical inquires.
• Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively at customer site or remotely.
• Develop technical services plan and execute the plan to meet customer expectation and demand.
• Carry out on-site excellent technical services and adhere to best practices standard.
• Prepare the Technical Service Visit Report
• Prepare various technical reports and presentations (internal and customer) and assures consistent communications.
• Work with other functions to develop value-added services relative to technical services

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related industrials e.g. Oil refining and Petrochemical
• Comprehensive knowledge of Chemical Engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of refining and petrochemical plant
• In-depth Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
