Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with order processing and update order records.
  • Cover reception duties when needed.
  • Track incoming and outgoing work orders.
  • Handle record-keeping, filing, and other admin tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and issue training certificates.
  • Prepare calibration certifications and stickers for equipment calibration.
  • Respond to sales quotations or inquiries and follow up.
  • Ensure Service Centre personnel compliance in stock taking and housekeeping schedules.
  • Coordinate daily service/technical schedules for efficiency.
  • Update the customer equipment database and send service reminders.
  • Maintain the database of technical staff’s training certifications.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and requests for quotes.
  • Collaborate with CS and Sales departments on inventory and logistics.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including email correspondence and filing.
  • Undertake any other assigned tasks.
