A leading firm in HVAC solutions is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Singapore. You will provide technical support for airside systems and ensure compliance with standards. Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering background and minimum 2 years of experience with chillers. A Class 3 driving license is a plus. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team in chilled water airside systems (Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units).
• Act as liaison between sales and factory for technical discussions, specification compliance, and quality resolution.
• Apply knowledge of AHRI1350, SS553, SS530 code compliance in projects.
• Attend site meetings, handle customer complaints, and coordinate with internal departments for solutions.
• Perform testing and commissioning of chilled water systems.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing & commissioning water/air-cooled chillers, or in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial chillers.
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
