An established local A1 Building Contractor is seeking a Technical Director to oversee technical standards, manage design processes, and train staff on authority requirements. The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in building or civil projects, possess strong leadership skills, and knowledge of local authority regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in building and/or civil projects.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Good knowledge of precast and Advance precast – 2D and 3D.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update technical standards for the company.
• Ensure design and documentation work complies with regulations.
• Conduct technical training to staff on authority requirements.
