Job description

Technical Analyst (Salesforce CRM), Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements
• Develop business cases, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that align to product objectives
• Produce product specifications, functional documents, UAT guides, and release notes for development, QA, and customer facing teams
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support product strategy and feature prioritization
• Own end to end product development for web and mobile applications integrated with platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify Plus
• Partner with product managers to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable backlogs and sprint deliverables
• Support design feasibility discussions by leveraging knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies
• Deliver API integrations including FHIR, REST, SOAP, and Salesforce, enabling significant performance improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Manage full lifecycle of Shopify Plus and Salesforce CRM initiatives, integrating external systems to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency
• Drive personalized and data driven commerce by connecting systems to Customer Data Platforms
• Optimize user journeys including checkout flows to improve conversions, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability
• Use analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to refine backlog priorities and improve sprint value delivery
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring features align with real world workflows and pain points
• Facilitate problem solving across teams, supporting incident analysis and root cause reviews as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
• Minimum 6 years experience as a business or technical analyst within software development projects
• Strong experience working in Agile environments with cloud platforms
• Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technology concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross functional teams
• Good understanding of modern web, mobile, and cloud technologies and their impact on solution design
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube, and BPM modelling techniques is an advantage
