We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our digital transformation and enterprise data team. This role requires hands-on experience in large-scale data environments, systems analysis, and end-to-end integration of enterprise applications. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to navigate complex technical environments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver structured, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets from distributed systems to identify operational inefficiencies, optimize processes, and improve system performance.
• Design, document, and implement scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, or similar technologies to support enterprise reporting and real-time analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data synchronization between core platforms, including workflow management tools, ERP modules, and user interfaces.
• Develop custom dashboards and business intelligence reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar, tailored to high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Conduct functional requirements gathering, system testing, UAT coordination, and change impact analysis for enterprise-level systems implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology implementation with business goals, ensuring system architecture supports compliance, data governance, and security best practices.
• Lead performance tuning efforts and proactively identify root causes of data or system failures using structured debugging methods.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in system integration, data warehousing, or enterprise-level analytics.
• Strong command of Python and SQL; experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, REST APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Proven track record of delivering projects involving data transformation across complex business units or multi-domain environments.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, technical documentation, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Mandarin) are preferred to liaise with regional teams.
