Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of software development projects, which may also involve hardware infrastructure setup and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task allocations.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and of high quality.
• Manage project resources, budget, and costs effectively.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, collaborators, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company project management processes and methodologies.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Drive technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements and propose solutions to challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management activities within software development projects.
• Professional certification in Project Management is preferred (e.g., PMP).
• Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in producing planning documentation and project reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
