Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to provide essential HR support and manage onboarding processes. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, offering hands-on labor law advice and collaborating with HR Business Partners. You will also be responsible for delivering training, conducting audits, and suggesting improvements to HR processes. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  1. Provide HR support, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
  2. Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees
  3. Be the local specialist providing hands-on labor law advice and support for the company
  4. Partner with HR Business Partners
  5. Partner with managers to understand and resolve issues
  6. Work with the business to develop proactive solutions to recurring team challenges
  7. Road manage global HR project work and roll-out of HR initiatives
  8. Support processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organizational change, and conduct issues
  9. Deliver training to support manager development
  10. Review HR processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency and scalability
  11. Complete regular audits and any necessary admin responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Min Dip / Deg in Human Resource/Business/ Other relevant field
  2. 2-3 years experience will be at an advantage
  3. Able to work in a high performance team
