This marks a pivotal shift in how we operate, innovate, and serve to embed intelligence into every layer of our business.

At Singtel, this is more than a technology upgrade. It’s a strategic transformation that redefines how value is created across the enterprise core— augmenting human capabilities and unlocking entirely new potential. It is a transformation journey by aligning people, platforms, and processes under one cohesive strategy. Our mission is to build AI literacy, and foster a culture where intelligence empowers people.

We welcome you to join us on a transformational journey that’s reshaping the telecommunications industry — and redefining what’s possible with AI at its core. Grow with us in a workplace that champions innovation, embraces agility, and puts human potential at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies for AI talent, supporting the build, buy, borrow, and bridge models.
  • Forge partnerships with universities, research institutes, and AI communities regionally and globally to create sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture as well as business leaders to identify high-impact sourcing channels, including cross-border mobility, remote delivery model, workforce planning, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs, team goals, and role requirements focused on technical skill set sourcing.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, to onboarding support.
  • Promote the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and tech culture to attract top talent

2. Proactive Role Mapping & Career Pathways

  • Develop and refine AI job roles and career pathways using established frameworks and internal capability models.
  • Align AI roles with business priorities in telecommunications, such as network intelligence, IT operations, customer experience automation, and emerging tech domains.
  • Maintain a dynamic role inventory that reflects current and future AI capabilities, including feeder roles from data, engineering, and product functions.

3. Anticipating Emerging AI Roles

  • Monitor industry trends, internal transformation programs, and technology roadmaps to forecast new AI roles relevant to telco-tech.
  • Partner with AI business leaders to define and validate emerging AI roles.

5. Governance, Ethics & Role Design
