Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for providing a positive candidate experience while supporting the Talent Acquisition team’s daily operations. You will manage onboarding activities, coordinate with our background check vendor, and oversee system administration. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth processes with candidates, vendors, payment processing, and systems, helping us deliver an efficient and welcome recruitment journey.

Onboarding Management
  • Manage weekly onboarding administration, including preparing new hire lists and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve onboarding matters.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on work pass applications and provide system support for profile and email account creation.
Vendor Management
  • Define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), leveraging performance metrics to assess service effectiveness.
  • Oversee vendor compliance with contractual obligations, including confidentiality, intellectual property rights, and non-disclosure requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Legal, and Risk teams to manage vendor-related activities.
System & General Administration
  • Manage invoice processing and validate documents received from external vendors.
  • Support system enhancement projects relating to the onboarding module.
  • Validate payments and eligibility under the internal referral scheme.
The Ideal Candidate Should Be/have
  • Diploma or Degree, and IHRP certification
  • Experience in onboarding management, coordination & logistics preferred
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous in data management
  • Able to prioritize across multiple projects and handling diverse assignments
  • Collaborative and innovative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
