Job summary

A leading maintenance company in Singapore seeks an Autonomous Sweeper to operate and monitor autonomous cleaning vehicles and drones. This role involves supporting planning and adjusting cleaning routes, ensuring safety operations, and basic automation tasks. Candidates should have an NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification and possess a Class 3 driving license. The position requires outdoor work and flexibility across multiple locations, offering training for the right individual.

Qualifications

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC qualification preferred (training will be provided).
  • Interest in autonomous systems, robotics, or smart technologies.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and at multiple locations.
  • Possession of a Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Support on-site autonomous operations as a safety operator.
  • Assist with basic automation control and system setup under supervision.
  • Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles using a remote controller.

Job description
Autonomous Sweeper (S1 & S6)
  • Support on-site autonomous operations as a safety operator
  • Assist with basic automation control and system setup under supervision
  • Support planning, plotting, and adjustment of cleaning routes
  • Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles using a remote controller
Waterway Drone Operations
  • Assist with route planning activities
  • Support drone operations and monitoring under supervision
  • Operate and monitor autonomous drones using a remote controller, where authorised
On-Demand Cleaning (ODC) Reporting
  • Monitor incoming road cleaning reports
  • Assist in verifying and validating reports
  • Support operations with data entry and report updates
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 6am – 3pm
  • Saturday: 6am – 11am
Work Location
  • Office, parks, waterways, and designated operational sites
Requirements
  • NITEC / Higher NITEC qualification preferred (training will be provided)
