Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced System Tester to join our Tech Team. The primary role of the System Tester is to ensure that our internal systems function seamlessly, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our educational programs. This position involves rigorous testing of software applications, reporting on performance, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Testing: Conduct thorough testing of internal software systems to identify bugs and areas for improvement. This includes both manual and automated testing methods.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency, aligning with SKills Development Academy's mission and user needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and other internal stakeholders to discuss findings and develop solutions.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of tests conducted, issues found, and the status of those issues.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to the development team and prepare reports on system performance for management.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance the testing process.
