• Monitor physical health status of servers.

We are looking for a System Controller (SYSCON) to be part of one or more teams in Management, Co-ordination, administration and maintenance troubleshooting of IT, IT Security and OEM Telecommunications systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
• Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
• Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
• Monitoring and check on physical health status of servers and data center

Period:

• 2 years contract (Renewable and convertible)

Location:

• Novena

Working Hours:

• Day: 9am to 9pm, Night: 9pm to 9am
• Working on weekends/public holidays (PH Allowances provided)
• Up to $3300 + Shift Allowance $250 + Site Allowance $120+ PB

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Administration (Recommended)
• Willing to learn
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts
• Able to multitask
• Able to work overtime will be a plus
