Job summary

A leading resort company in Singapore is seeking a Sustainable Procurement Manager to drive sustainability initiatives within their supply chain. The role involves maintaining policies, collaborating on category playbooks, engaging suppliers for emissions reduction, and ensuring compliance with corporate ESG commitments. Ideal candidates will have a background in procurement with a focus on sustainability and relevant knowledge of ISO 20400. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG.
  • Knowledge of Scope 3 emissions, ISO 20400, and sustainable supply chain practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Sustainable Procurement Policy aligned with corporate ESG objectives.
  • Create and maintain Category Playbooks incorporating sustainability criteria.
  • Coordinate supplier engagement programs focusing on Scope 3 emissions reduction.
  • Lead the assessment and monitoring of supplier ESG performance.
  • Collaborate on annual sustainability reporting on responsible sourcing.
  • Embed sustainability requirements into procurement SOPs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement for technology solutions and services.
