Keyrus are researching for an ambitious Supply Chain Practice Lead (Director) to join our team in Asia.
The Supply Chain Practice Lead (Director) is a senior Go-To-Market and Practice Leader responsible for building, scaling, and positioning the firm’s Supply Chain Planning practice. This role combines deep operational Supply Chain expertise with strong presales leadership and commercial ownership.
Operating at the intersection of Sales, Solution Design, and Delivery, the Practice Lead drives pipeline creation, shapes complex Supply Chain–led opportunities, and ensures the firm’s Supply Chain offerings remain differentiated, scalable, and aligned with market demand. The role also leads a small Supply Chain Solutions team that supports presales, innovation, and thought leadership across the organisation.
1.Who You Are:
a. Supply Chain Domain Expertise
- Strong experience across end-to-end Supply Chain planning.
- Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or distribution strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, technology-enabled planning solutions.
b. Implementation & Consulting Experience
- Extensive experience delivering Supply Chain planning solutions (Anaplan experience strongly preferred).
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Comfortable operating across both strategic discussions and hands-on solution design.
c. Commercial & Leadership Skills
- Proven presales, pipeline development, and deal-shaping experience.
- Executive-level communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead practices.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence across Sales and Delivery.
2.What You Will Do:
a. Practice & Offering Ownership
- Own the vision, positioning, and growth strategy for the Supply Chain Planning practice.
- Define, evolve, and govern Supply Chain planning offerings, including:
- Demand planning
- Supply planning
- S&OP / IBP
- Inventory optimisation
- Capacity and production planning
- Develop scalable solution frameworks, accelerators, demos, and industry-specific use cases.
- Ensure offerings align with market demand, best practices, and Anaplan product evolution.
b. GTM & Presales Leadership
- Lead Supply Chain presales activities, including discovery, solution architecture, and executive-level workshops.
- Shape and influence deals from early qualification through proposal development and closure.
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Managers, and partners on joint GTM initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for connected planning across Supply Chain, Finance, and Workforce.
- Represent the Supply Chain practice in GTM campaigns and partner initiatives.
c. Client & Solution Leadership
- Act as senior solution authority for complex and strategic Supply Chain engagements.
- Ensure proposed and delivered solutions are realistic, scalable, and operationally credible.
- Provide strategic oversight, design authority, and escalation support during delivery when required, without owning day-to-day project management.
d. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and mentor a Supply Chain Solutions team supporting presales, innovation, and practice development.
- Coach Supply Chain consultants across the organisation, contributing to capability uplift and best practice adoption.
- Partner with Delivery and Operations on recruitment, onboarding, and retention planning for Supply Chain talent.
- Drive development of deep Supply Chain planning expertise within the team.
e. Market & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Anaplan Supply Chain leadership on joint GTM efforts, roadmap alignment, and strategic accounts.
- Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Contribute to market-facing content that strengthens the firm’s Supply Chain credibility and visibility.

- Growth and quality of the Supply Chain pipeline and revenue.
- Win rate of Supply Chain–led opportunities.
- Adoption and reuse of Supply Chain offerings, accelerators, and assets.
- Strong client satisfaction and positive internal feedback from Sales and Delivery.
- Market recognition as a Supply Chain planning leader.
