Job Description:

The Supply Chain Management Demand Manager builds and orchestrates the execution of the regional SCM demand plan with all 5 sources of Demand (Marketing, Sales Quota Carriers, Partners, Services & Customer Success Manager and Digital Hub Sales Development Executives). The SCM demand plan consists of both Demand Generation activities and early‑stage Pipeline Progression activities that provide SAP SCM Account Executives with incremental quality pipeline and leads that they can ultimately bring to a successful close. In this role, you will drive a business‑critical mandate that includes being the custodian of Demand for the Supply Chain Management Line Of Business in the region, partnering with the APAC Head of SAP Supply Chain Management as well as Regional Demand stakeholders, anchoring primary growth priorities, programs, and campaigns, consolidating and monitoring demand from all sources, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Digital teams, tracking and reporting pipeline health, driving program coordination, continuously refining the demand process, and contributing to regional and global operational forecasts.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the custodian of Demand for the Supply Chain Management Line Of Business in the region and work closely with the APAC Head of SAP Supply Chain Management as well as Regional Demand stakeholders.
  • Anchor: Partner to define, execute and measure progress against primary growth priorities, programs, and campaigns.
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Consolidate, analyze, and monitor demand from all sources to ensure a balanced and sustainable sales pipeline to bridge R4Q Pipeline gap.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Digital teams to align demand generation efforts with business priorities and regional goals.
  • Pipeline Health Governance: Track and report on pipeline creation, quality, and conversion; identify gaps against targets and lead actions to close them.
  • Program Coordination: Drive cadence between campaigns, partner activations, and sales plays to avoid overlap and maximize reach and impact.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine the demand process, metrics, and orchestration model to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.
  • Run and contribute to demand‑related regional and global operational forecasts and cadences to support the SCM Line of Business.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA/ master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Multi‑year professional business experience preferred; international business experience preferred in enterprise software sales, Cloud sales, Marketing or customer‑facing sales support functions (e.g., value advisory, Center of Excellence).
  • Familiar with driving Sales Pipeline with experience in modern “data‑driven” methods of demand generation (Digital Sales, Social Selling, Digital Marketing, Outbound Prospecting, Propensity Models).
  • Proficiency with program planning and/or evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets.
  • Proven knowledge in demand generation, integrated marketing campaign planning, digital marketing, and project management best practices.
  • Has experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP portfolio, SAP Supply Chain Management and related products and solutions, partners, markets, and competition is a significant plus.
  • Understanding of Cloud/Hosted Services, SaaS/ PaaS models, digital commerce/business networks is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • High‑impact personality, good networking skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
