We are looking for a “Supply Chain Executive” who has excellent analytical & communication skills. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Operations Manager of Asia Pacific and the Supply Chain team to support order monitoring and logistics activities for the APAC and partner with various teams across the organization to achieve efficiency in terms of operations, demand and supply.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for the end‑to‑end execution and management of orders across the Asia‑Pacific market. This role ensures timely order fulfilment, manages supply availability, and oversees shelf‑life management to prevent waste and disruption. The holder of this position acts as the primary executor for all push‑order processes, working to optimise efficiency and maintain an optimal level of product‑flow integrity throughout the supply chain.

Core Responsibilities
Order Management
  • Manage and execute the order‑cycle for Asia‑Pacific markets, from initial request to final delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve all order discrepancies, including quantity, product codes, and shipment details, ensuring seamless order execution.
  • Maintain tracking of all shipments, providing updates and supporting on‑time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across subsidiaries.
Supply Chain Operations
  • Monitor and actively manage product shelf‑life and supplier selection to minimise expired inventory and reduce financial losses.
  • Influence production scheduling and manage the flow of supply to meet market demand while optimising inventory levels.
  • Follow up and manage inventory shortages/excesses, supporting arbitration and allocation.
  • Identify, analyse, and proactively flag potential risks of supply‑chain disruptions, such as logistics issues or stock shortages, and propose mitigation alternatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Analyse supply‑chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Support the oversight of outbound documents pertaining to logistics‑freight forwarding, customs clearance issues.
Data Management
  • Maintain and manage accurate Article Codes for all products to ensure correct order processing and inventory control.
  • Assist in the future implementation and management of GTINs (Global Trade Item Numbers), ensuring a smooth transition and data accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics platforms.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and informatics ERP tools (Qlik, Dynamics, or any other software).
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset.
Key Functions

The core function of this role is to act as the executor for orders management, ensuring fulfilment by focusing on the critical pillars of supply availability and shelf‑life management. This involves a hands‑on approach to daily operations, troubleshooting, and strategic monitoring to maintain a robust and efficient supply chain.

This position will be based in Singapore.
