Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a one-year contract. You will coordinate with factories, manage orders and documentation, and ensure invoice accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses an NITEC qualification and at least one year of experience, along with strong customer service skills. This role involves collaboration with the Order Team and handling import/export processes. Knowledge of shipping and manufacturing is a plus.

About the job Supply Chain Assistant (1 Year)

Job Description:

• Coordinate with factories to send invoices and follow up on required documentation (e.g., manufacturing certificates).
• Manage order revisions for breakages, ensure all updates are completed before invoicing, and review/amend carrier Bills of Lading as needed.
• Verify margin details, confirm invoice accuracy, and compile complete export documentation for submission to the Order Team.
• Handle LC/DA/DP term orders, including document preparation, consolidation, signatures, bank/customer submission, and marine insurance application and certification.
• Submit tax invoices to Finance and maintain required weekly and monthly operational reports.

Requirement:

• NITEC qualification with 1 year of experience.
• Possesses a pleasant, mature personality with strong customer service skills; able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate well in a team.

Additional Information:

• Experience with shipping/manufacturing processes, Incoterms, and import/export documents.
• Located in Labrador Park.
• Contract 1 year.
