TheSupply Chain Analyst will serve as the crucial link between business stakeholders and our Global /APAC IT and IT partners, translating business needs into technical solutions. The incumbent will continue to support all APAC Supply Chain/ Customer Service users as 1stlevel support not only assisting in SAP or systems’ issues’ diagnosis but also explaining or coming up with solutions linking systems to business requirements as well. The incumbent is also required to conduct SAP/ EDI/non-SAP training as well as guiding and assisting users to carry out UAT for systems enhancements and or projects.

This will be a fixed term contract position for 1 year, subject to renewal.

How you will contribute…

• Provide Level 1 business support on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Non-SAP related areas in the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities.
• Facilitate training initiatives for the Supply Chain community sharing best practices in SAP SD and MM management, commercial traceability and TNT (parallel import) principles.
• Document SOPs on Supply Chain business process in SAP ERP implementations and other related software platforms.
• Engage markets, coordinate with external parties, and provide assistance on SAP/EDI/Non-SAP management and day-to-day operational issues ensuring effective management of supply chain operations and practices in the region.
• Coordinate regional parallel import data collection and decoding in system, reporting to regional and market stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Problem‑solving:Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and offer innovative solutions.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Change management:Experience in supporting end‑user training, creating documentation, and providing post‑go‑live support to manage the transition to new systems.
• Positive mindset: Highly self driven/motivation to lead assigned initiatives to completion.
