Responsibilities

• Coordinate production department activities.
• Ensure machining set-up & identifies the machine for servicing/repair if necessary.
• Handle troubleshooting when errors occur.
• Lead staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Production scheduling.
• Staff scheduling.
• Lead production team to achieve department productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure line clearance is practiced for mix-up prevention.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and minimize the cost of production.
• Employee orientation and training.
• Enforce workers’ basic work disciplines and resolve worker’s problems.
• Make sure workplace safety.
• Daily reporting to the management.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.
