A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to enhance the student experience through organizing activities and supporting career services. This role involves coordinating student programs, managing campus events, and fostering alumni relations. Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position provides training, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday.
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Working Location: Haw Par Villa (Nearest MRT)
Salary: $2800 - $3500
Key role in enhancing the overall student experience by providing administrative and logistical support. This position focuses on organizing and managing student activities, events, and career services to create a dynamic and engaging campus environment. The officer will collaborate with student committees, clubs, and leadership programs to plan and execute various activities, including orientation and graduation events. Additionally, the officer will assist students in defining their career aspirations, improving their employability skills, and connecting with industry professionals through a range of career development initiatives.
