Job Summary

You will support students’ academic progress and emotional wellness by supervising homework, conducting lessons and activities, monitoring development, and communicating with parents to foster holistic growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check completion of primary school homework and self-assessment books to support student learning outcomes
• Conduct spelling practice sessions in English and other languages required by the curriculum to improve students’ language skills
• Apply the school’s methodology to monitor and support students’ emotional and mental wellness during activities and lessons
• Develop and implement plans to help students acquire social skills and build emotional resilience
• Track and assess student progress regularly to identify areas needing additional support and growth opportunities
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s academic progress and behaviour, fostering a strong partnership
• Support and conduct lessons on character development, STEM, or other assigned topics to enhance student learning experiences
• Organize and lead indoor and outdoor play activities that promote values, emotional skills, and social skills development
• Ensure safe and timely pick‑up of students from nearby schools to the centre, maintaining student safety at all times
• Perform daily set‑up and close‑down routines to maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
