Job summary

A leading construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer to design and coordinate engineering works. Responsibilities include preparing plans, liaising with consultants, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Candidates should have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades e.g. M&E and architectural for project specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• 3-5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
