Qualifications

• Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Above 8 -10 years of relevant experience in transactions/corporate finance.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Financial Modelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project evaluation and assist to give recommendations to management.
• Lead/assist negotiation of commercial and legal terms with counterparty.
• Prepare and present internal papers for project approval as required.
