Job summary

A leading energy company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to develop and refine compensation and benefits policies. The role includes managing employee compensation, compliance with local labor laws, and preparing salary certifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in HR or related fields, at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both English and Chinese. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits including payroll processing.
  • Experience in public listed companies or the energy sector is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining compensation and benefits policies.
  • Enhance the company's incentive mechanism and welfare system.
  • Responsible for employees’ compensation and management including tax submissions.
  • Prepare and issue salary related certification letters.
