A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role involves overseeing finance, accounting, compliance, and governance functions. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably as a CFO or senior finance leader, and possess strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations. A degree in Accounting or Finance and professional qualifications are preferred. This position is crucial for ensuring financial discipline and sustainable returns across the business portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Prior experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader is essential.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Owner and act as the financial gatekeeper.
• Oversee financial performance, capital utilization, and cash management.
• Lead lawful and efficient tax planning and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and provide independent financial judgment on major decisions.
• Establish financial discipline and performance monitoring across businesses.
• Support overseas financing and cross-border capital activities.
