Store Supervisor & Personal Assistant

About Us

We are a trusted company in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and health supplements industry, committed to quality, heritage, and customer well‑being. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible and multi‑tasking Store Supervisor & Personal Assistant to support daily store operations and provide administrative assistance to the Boss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day store operations
  • Accurately key in daily sales orders into the system
  • Track, monitor, and reconcile stock levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams on stock replenishment
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of TCM and supplement products
  • Prepare simple reports (sales, stock movement, inventory discrepancies)
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company standards
Personal Assistant to Boss
  • Assist the Boss with administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and simple correspondence
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
  • Assist with errands, purchasing, and coordination tasks when required
  • Support the Boss on ad hoc duties and confidential matters as assigned
Requirements
  • GCE O-Level / N-Level or higher
  • Prior experience in retail, TCM, or administrative/PA roles is an advantage
  • Proficient in Chinese language
  • Proficient in basic computer systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
