A leading retail company in Singapore seeks a Store Manager to oversee productivity and sales. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in retail management, excel in client service, and lead a dynamic team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, are necessary to meet business needs.
Job Description & Requirements
You demonstrate ownership for the store by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the Retail Director to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.
You lead by example, sets the tone for the store, and provides feedback to their team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable stores that exceed Coach Service expectations.
