THE ROLE:

As Clarins Store Manager, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand’s skincare products to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Promote our brand’s skincare products and provide skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
  • Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
  • Analyze and provide feedback on opportunities to drive the business
  • Build relationship with customers, deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
  • Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
  • Actively provide ideas to drive in‑store engagement, cross‑brand collaboration and retail‑tainment to attract and engage customers.
  • Excellent Leadership and management
  • Effective communication with team members to create a positive team morale
  • Take ownership of store management
  • Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
YOU HAVE:
  • Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
  • Able to build trust and respect to influence team members to deliver business outcomes
  • Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
  • Passionate about the beauty and service industry
