Job description
Job Summary

This position is responsible for stock management at the Salon & Boutiques and ensures that products are available on the sales floor by managing inventory, receiving and storing deliveries, re‑stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Reporting to the Store Manager and working effectively with the operations team, this position will be based at the Salon & Boutiques and is required to follow the weekly duty roster as scheduled by the store manager.

Job Descriptions
  • Inventory management – receiving, unpacking, checking for damages and storing new deliveries of products in timely manner.

  • Stock replenishment – restocking shelves and displays, including transferring stocks to other stores as required, to ensure there is sufficient merchandise to meet customers’ demand.

  • Stockroom organization – organizing and maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom, including proper labeling and placement of goods.

  • Inventory accuracy – performing periodic inventory audits or stock takes to track stock levels and identify any discrepancies.

  • Visual merchandising – arranging and displaying products according to the store's layout and brand visual merchandising standards.

  • Stock control – monitoring stock levels, avoiding overstocking, and ensuring old items are removed.

  • Other duties related to store operation as duly assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level

  • Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Attention to detail for accurate tracking of inventory

  • Good communication in English, organization and interpersonal skills.

  • This role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving carton boxes

  • High initiative, positive and willing attitude

  • 5 days work week – 44 hours, including weekends/public holidays
