Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel.
  • Ensure restaurant kitchen have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shift
  • Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food reparation areas as instructed by chef
  • On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.
  • Flexibility to work in any of the 4 hotels (Maxwell Reserve; Duxton Reserve; The Vagabond Club; The Serangoon House)
  • Adaptability/Flexibility to accommodate other department needs including but not limited to luggage/F&B/Housekeeping.
  • Any other duties / tasks as requested by management
