Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of donor management from donor contact to final donation.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and WMDA standards.
• Provide analysis reports and implement plans to reduce donor dropout.
• Manage relationships with partners.
• Conduct audits of collection centres for compliance.
• Develop and manage Donor Management’s budget.
• Lead and develop staff for high performance.
