Job description

We are seeking an experienced Staff Specialist – Financial Reporting to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that support strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide reliable financial data for business operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and explanations on variances and key movements
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable and Intercompany process, subject matter expert to provide advisory on process and guidelines
  • Part of financial reporting team to manage year‑end audit process, ensure compliance and timely completion through coordination with internal teams and external auditor
  • Support implementation or enhancement of accounting systems and tools. Drive standardisation, automation and efficiency improvements.
