A healthcare clinic in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include handling customer service tasks such as cashiering and appointment booking, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing matters related to insurance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will support the Clinic Manager and Medical Director with all assigned duties. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient running of clinical functions while providing excellent customer interaction.
Assist in clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.
