Job Details
  • Working hours: 5 working days ( PM or AM Shift - to be discussed)
  • AM Shift 7 am - 3.30 pm / PM Shift 12pm - 9.30pm
  • Salary: $2,500 - $4,300
  • Location: Simei
Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the resident’s doctor and multi-disciplinary team to provide care to the residents; updates on changes in the residents’ condition and needs
  • Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan
  • Work with allied health professionals and/or initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
  • Carry out and supervise assessments of all new admissions
  • Prepare clinical documentation and ensure all documentations are current
  • Prepare and administer medications to residents and comply with safe medication practices
  • Supervise staff to ensure safe medication practice
  • Participate in training and development of staff
  • Work with Supervisor to conduct quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
  • Deal with emergency that arises and ensure prompt actions to mitigate the situation.
  • Escalate promptly to supervisor, where necessary
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
  • With in-patient experience
