Our team are looking for dedicated Senior Staff Nurse who wants to join our company.

A senior Registered Nurse, a healthcare professional who provides high-quality of nursing care to our renal patients.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standard of care for all patients during their shifts.
• Recognising the change in a patient's health conditions and responding appropriately.
• Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs.
• You will work closely with Nurse managers in delivering care with the patients.
• To ensure that all team members report changes in patient progress effectively, both verbally and in written form. Ensure that accurate, legible and holistic nursing records according to policy guidelines and unit guidance are maintained.

Jobs Requirement

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board is a must.
• With Renal experienced is an advantage
• Training will be provided for those without renal experience.
• Our Centre operate on 2 shift (Morning : 7:00am - 3:00pm , Afternoon : 2.30pm - 10.30pm) from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday, off day)
