1. Build Team & Process (0–90 Days)
  • Assess team strengths and growth areas through 1:1s
  • Set clear roles, accountability, and SDLC practices
  • Align cross-functional priorities and workflows
2. Deliver Key Projects (0–6 Months)
  • Lead planning and execution of major software milestones
  • Align with hardware/product teams and manage risks
  • Track progress with metrics and tools
3. Own Programs & Improve Execution
  • Drive embedded firmware, Android app, and factory software
  • Manage contractors and ensure delivery quality
  • Improve CI/CD, QA, and automation for faster velocity
4. Integrate Software & Hardware
  • Liaise across hardware, RF, ops, and product teams
  • Define interfaces and manage system-level dependencies
5. Grow & Mentor Team
  • Coach leads, foster ownership, and raise performance
  • Promote a culture of learning, quality, and accountability
  • Engineering Leadership: Proven track record leading delivery of embedded or networked systems.
