Overview

The Communications Senior Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the hospital's public image and ensuring clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. This role involves media management, social media content production, and driving impactful campaigns to engage patients, healthcare professionals, and the community.

Media Management
  • Conceptualise and execute media announcements. This includes developing media kits, press releases, spokesperson briefing documents, and speeches.
  • Visualise infographics use for media storytelling
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (media, partners) and maintain media contact lists and databases.
  • Crisis and issues management
  • Track publicity outcomes and evaluate the impact to the hospital
Content Production
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including social media platforms and websites
  • Develop employer-branding and patient care-centric stories to build engagement
  • Ensure content aligns with the hospital's tone, branding, and strategic objectives.
Campaign Development and Execution
  • Design and execute integrated communication campaigns to promote hospital services, awareness events, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Track and evaluate campaign success, leveraging data to refine future initiatives.
Project Management and Support Function
  • Event management and cross-functional hospital project management
  • Support with assigned department collaterals proofreading, review, and coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media management, social media content creation and campaign execution (2+ years preferred).
