Job summary

A leading semiconductor foundry in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst to focus on monthly financial close and operational accounting. The successful candidate will execute month-end procedures, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal controls. A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and at least four years of relevant experience are required. Fluency in English and familiarity with Oracle/SAP systems are preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries.
• Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts.
• Support inventory-related policy updates and any other adhoc requests.
• Ensure all inventory related transactions adhere to internal control procedures.
• Collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
• Support month end close process across regions.

Introduction

The Senior Analyst is focused on monthly financial close, reporting, and complex operational accounting, particularly within a manufacturing (inventory related - focus).

Your Job

• Month-End, Qtr end & Year-End Close: Execute the procedures for closing the financial including posting complex journal entries, working closely within cross functional team within Finance.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform and review reconciliations of all key balance sheet accounts (Global Inventory) and the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Reporting: Support inventory-related policy updates & any other adhoc requests (e.g Quarterly Corporate reporting inventory-related transactions).
• Internal Controls: Ensure all inventory related transactions adhered to internal control procedures to safeguard company inventories and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Adhoc reporting's : Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
• Team player : Support month end close process across regions.

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS in Accountancy.
• Min 4 years experience in similar role.
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Standard Costing experience.
• Oracle / SAP system experience.
