• Relevant past experience in sports, fitness, events, outdoor education, facilitation, or training.

• Holds a Class 3 driving license or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, coordinate, and deliver cycling and teambuilding events.
• Conduct or oversee cycling sessions.
• Manage bookings and liaise with clients.
• Support, brief, and schedule part-time coaches and facilitators.
• Contribute to social media content and promotions.
