Job description

Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is part of the Distribution Services Department and is responsible for managing operations-related tasks across multiple distribution channels.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for Offboarding processes and Distributor Records Management activities.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Adviser Rules within Offboarding modules, including Resignation/Termination, Orphan Policy Assignment, Debt Recovery, Appeal Reviews (where applicable), and Representative Records.

  • Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of system enhancements.

  • Regularly assess and update business rule guidelines to ensure alignment with distribution operations.

  • Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational workflows, processes, and policies.

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and audit sampling requirements.

  • Compile and review summary reports and presentation materials to support management reporting.

  • Contribute to operational projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing future ways of working, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the life insurance with Finance experience is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve existing processes and adapt to change.

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of managing large volumes of data accurately.
