A leading financial services provider in Singapore is seeking an operations expert to manage Offboarding processes and Distributor Records Management. This role requires a proactive individual with 2-5 years of experience in the life insurance sector, along with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is part of the Distribution Services Department and is responsible for managing operations-related tasks across multiple distribution channels.
Provide operational support for Offboarding processes and Distributor Records Management activities.
Act as the subject matter expert for Adviser Rules within Offboarding modules, including Resignation/Termination, Orphan Policy Assignment, Debt Recovery, Appeal Reviews (where applicable), and Representative Records.
Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of system enhancements.
Regularly assess and update business rule guidelines to ensure alignment with distribution operations.
Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational workflows, processes, and policies.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and audit sampling requirements.
Compile and review summary reports and presentation materials to support management reporting.
Contribute to operational projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing future ways of working, as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in the life insurance with Finance experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve existing processes and adapt to change.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and capable of managing large volumes of data accurately.
