Job description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess expert knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Your strong background in QA, particularly Manual Testing, will be essential. You should be able to effectively correlate real data scenarios using masked sandboxes.

Experience working in an Agile & Scrum environment is crucial, as you will be involved in activities such as Product backlog grooming, Sprint review, Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, and Retrospective. You must excel in creating clear acceptance criteria for stories, system configuration, and preparing test data sets.

Your role will include exploratory testing to improve product quality, organizing test sessions, coordinating testing efforts, and troubleshooting user-reported issues.
