Responsibilities

• Plan Individual Education Plans (IEP) and monitor students' progress.
• Teach meaningful lessons according to the UDL framework.
• Implement intervention strategies to improve student behaviour.
• Create a safe learning environment to enhance student learning.
• Support and guide Teacher Assistants in teaching.
• Collaborate with the IEP Team for students' overall growth.
• Coordinate events and committees.
• Share innovative ideas with colleagues.
• Lead IEP discussions and case conferences.
• Participate in curriculum planning and development.
• Attend relevant meetings and staff development training.
• Perform classroom administrative duties and submit documentation.
