Job summary

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Understand what the company should know and do and the corporate culture andbe familiar with the product characteristics of the department, to better convey and shape value to customers.
  2. Replenish and consume spare materials daily and keep proper records. Ensure handover between shifts, complete pre-shift preparations and post-shift finishing work, and report important matters promptly during the shift while conducting proper handover.
  3. Calculate and tally the performance of the current shift and report it in a timely manner.
  4. Take good care of the items and property of the department, and in special cases, properly hand them over and report in a timely manner.
  5. Keep in mind the guest's property safety. Check the wardrobe every ten minutes, close the wardrobe after use, and remind the guest to wear the ID card and carry valuables with him.
  6. Ensure smooth handover of guest information, guarantee proper service reception, and provide timely welcome and farewell for guests. Effectively hand over walkie-talkies.
  7. For the elderly, children and drunk guests, we will provide follow-up service to avoid dizziness. For the guests walking barefoot, we will change their slippers in time and dissuade the guests who are playing around to eliminate all safety risks.
  8. Check and rectify the area sanitation, clean the bathroom and dressing table for each guest, replenish the area supplies in time, and meet the reasonable needs and suggestions of guests in time.
  9. To provide good service and project transformation for guests in the bath area, we should flexibly master the transformation words and precautions.
  10. Handle guest complaints properly. If you cannot solve them, report them to the shift leader or the duty manager in time.
  11. Pay close attention to the water quality and water temperature of the soaking pool. Report any issues to the Engineering Department promptly to eliminate all potential water quality hazards before they arise.
  12. Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum O level or above. Prior experience as a cashier, F&B front‑of‑house staff, or 1+ year of experience in hotel, spa, or related service industries is preferred.
  2. Meticulous, responsible, with strong numerical aptitude and integrity. Honest, reliable, accountable, and self‑disciplined.
  3. Well‑groomed and with a strong service orientation. Possesses good communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging demeanor to greet guests warmly.
  4. Excellent adaptability and learning ability to quickly adjust to workflow changes. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
