Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience as a sous chef.
  • Completed WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course – Food Safety Course Levels 1 and 2.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations or HACCP methods.

  • Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food hygiene.
  • Direct food preparation process efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality food and timely kitchen operations.
  • Train and manage kitchen staff as needed.
