Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive technical and product aspects for pre- and post-sales activities such as product education, solution architecture, implementation, onboarding, and software delivery.
  • Maintain continuous client relationship management, understanding client business requirements, expectations, and providing joint technical support with the Technical Support and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to contribute to development of new product features.
  • Serve as the client advocate, providing feedback to the internal team and ensuring clear understanding of client requirements for the Sales team during sales calls.
Skills & Experience

Required
  • 5-10+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager) or similar
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects and concepts including web services and applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, SDKs, etc.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity
  • Strong experience with leading and managing client engagements and projects
  • RFx/DDQ experience – ability to formulate relevant responses with SMEs
  • Extremely high professionalism; client and colleagues enjoy working with you
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to self-manage and exercise professional judgment as needed
  • Experience in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and financial services/products
  • Professional proficiency in English, Japanese and/or Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
