Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and qualify SME leads via outbound calls, referrals, networking events, digital outreach, and partner channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities.
  • Identify high-intent, PSG-eligible prospects suitable for ERP implementation.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions at a business outcome level (compliance, productivity, cost control, scalability).
  • Collaborate with the Pre‑Sales Consultant for solution demos and validation.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, follow‑ups, and manage the sales process through deal closure.
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and industry activities to expand lead sources.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Work closely with management on targets, pipeline reviews, and sales forecasting.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, accounting software, SaaS, or IT solutions.

Proven ability in prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.

Strong communication; confident engaging business owners, finance managers, and operations leads.

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.

Willing to attend client meetings and industry events when required.

Strong Advantage (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience selling PSG Pre‑Approved Software and understanding of PSG grant workflow.
  • Familiarity with ERP / accounting systems such as AutoCount, QNE, FACT, Synergix, NetSuite, Odoo.
  • Experience selling to Singapore SMEs in distribution, trading, services, or manufacturing.
